Personalised yoga therapy rooted in Ayurvedic principles — delivered by Perth’s only BAMS-qualified, Yoga Australia Level 2 registered teacher. Available for NDIS participants.
Book a SessionYoga therapy is a clinically informed practice that uses posture (asana), breath (pranayama), meditation, and lifestyle guidance to address specific physical, mental, and neurological conditions.
At Krishi Ayurveda, yoga therapy is fully integrated with Ayurvedic principles. Your sessions are tailored to your dosha (constitution), current imbalances, and health goals — making each practice uniquely yours.
This is not a group fitness class. It is a one-to-one therapeutic service delivered by a practitioner holding both a BAMS (Hons) degree and Yoga Australia Level 2 registration.
Each session is individually assessed and designed. No two plans are the same.
Private sessions tailored to your specific health condition, dosha, and goals. Includes asana sequencing, breathwork, and Ayurvedic lifestyle guidance in a single cohesive plan.
Targeted yoga and pranayama for anxiety, depression, burnout, and nervous system dysregulation — grounded in both Ayurvedic and evidence-based therapeutic frameworks.
Gentle, therapeutically sequenced yoga for chronic pain, joint health, post-injury recovery, and improved range of motion. Safe, methodical, and effective.
Specialist yoga practices for clients with neurological conditions including Parkinson’s, stroke recovery, and MS — drawing on Ayurvedic neurological protocols.
Yoga sequenced to your Vata, Pitta, or Kapha dosha — addressing seasonal imbalances, digestive health, sleep quality, and energy regulation through movement and breath.
Yoga therapy sessions designed to support NDIS participants with physical, psychosocial, and cognitive goals. Session notes and progress reporting available on request.
Yoga therapy can support a wide range of NDIS goals — from improved physical mobility and daily living capacity to mental health, communication, and social participation.
Krishan’s combined qualifications in Ayurvedic medicine (BAMS Hons) and yoga therapy (Yoga Australia Level 2) make him uniquely placed to deliver therapeutic yoga within an NDIS framework.
Please contact us to discuss your specific NDIS plan. We are happy to work with your support coordinator.
